Harvey may provide you with tools and equipment for use by you during and in the course of your employment.
We are committed to ensuring our employees and the relevant resources and tools so they are empowered to deliver efficiently and effectively. All equipment purchased by the Company for tools of trade must be logged under the Hardware Register.Â
You agree that the tools and equipment are your sole responsibility and that you will maintain them in good working order. You will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing them if they are damaged, lost or destroyed as result of your wilful or negligent misuse.  Â
The tools and equipment will remain the property of the Company at all times and the Company may withdraw their use at any time. You must return the tools and equipment to the Company immediately on termination of your employment or upon agreed timeline.
