A resource hub that leaders can trust and navigate with ease
Global Leadership Foundation exists to raise emotional health worldwide by inspiring leaders. Their website is central to sharing thought leadership and resources globally, but the old WordPress setup was outdated, hard to update, and difficult to navigate.
The redesign and migration to Webflow showcases their values, communicates their purpose, and empowers the team to manage content independently while maintaining strong SEO through a full migration of content, metadata, redirects, and tracking.
The site also integrates eCommerce and event ticketing, enabling Global Leadership Foundation to sell its Emotional Health book, Enneagram card game, and program tickets seamlessly via Webflow’s native eCommerce technology and Stripe to process payments.

Strategy & Content
Positioned the website as a resource hub, surfacing courses, tools, and assessments without excessive text. Elevated key themes; emotional health, leadership profiles, and building great teams, while simplifying copy and streamlining structure. Gave the site a clear, logical framework so information flows easily and makes sense to users.
Design
Design explorations aligned with existing core brand assets (yellow circles), carrying forward much of the loved look and feel from the old site while translating it into a refreshed expression that is welcoming, inspiring, and deeply caring. Applied responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile with simple, intuitive transitions.
Build
A service focused website, the Webflow CMS also supported eCommerce and event ticketing integrations. We migrated hundreds of pages including blog archives, SEO metadata, URL redirects, tracking and tagging. The CMS was structured with multi-reference databases to enable easy content updates that apply dynamically site-wide.
Redesign and migration to Webflow, empowers the team to update content independently and grow without reliance on external developers.

A rich library of over 242 articles was organised into clear categories and tags, creating an accessible and free content rich insights for leaders.
Clear communication of GLF’s three focus areas/work: leaders as individuals, building great teams, and driving organisational change.
Highlights

Evolving the visual brand system
The brand refresh included brightening Global Leadership Foundation’s signature yellow and refined their brand shapes for a more engaging, modern look. The shapes connect back to their logo and their guiding principles: the circle as the individual, the semi-circle as collaboration with others, and the circle within the square as stewardship and impact on the world.
‍

Grounded photography & visual cohesion
Instead of solely using stock imagery, we used photographs of nature captured during their leadership retreats, grounding the brand in lived experience and reinforcing its values. These images were integrated within the brand’s signature shapes, creating a cohesive look and feel across the site.
Showcasing a network of Global Fellows
A key goal of the new site was to showcase Global Leadership Foundation’s worldwide network of Fellows who are leaders in strategy, mentoring, and culture change who embody GLF’s mission. By making their profiles more visible and accessible, the site strengthens connection among Fellows and highlights their impact globally.
Early feedback reflected the success of this approach: within 24 hours of launch, Global Fellows from Italy, Sweden, and Finland praised the site as “simple and deeply connecting,” “fantastic and user friendly,” and “fascinating and widely explanatory about our commitment to emotional health.”

A requirement of this website was to be able to sell their Emotional Health book and Enneagram card game as well as promote and sell tickets for events / leadership programs. We used Webflow’s native eCommerce setup and integration with payment method Stripe to process payments in an easy and trusted way. All resource and tools now in one place for easy access to purchase globally.
“Harvey took our decade-old site and gave us something fresh, structured, and easy to manage. I really enjoyed the process — they’re nice people to work with, and it was a fun, creative, iterative journey where they welcomed tweaks and changes but also helped us see the limitations.”
