A year of investment, some sacrifice, to build a strong team and step up quality of work.
Our 6th year was a turning point, setting a clear focus on Brand, eCom & Web development, intentionally growing with senior hires. It had challenging moments but the end result was solid.

Founder's Message
This was a turning point year for Beck & I. We decided to intentionally grow with very experienced team members & focus on eCom, Web & Brand. It required significant investment, trial and error, sacrificing profits, ultra tight cashflow. But it’s resulted in a wonderful team, great work and strong future.

Executive Summary
In FY25 we worked on a wonderful array of long term and new clients impacting people and the planet in interesting, meaningful and innovative ways. Design, Web & eCom was the focus, delivering 6 Webflow sites, and 5 Shopify stores, a suite of rebrands and design rollout. Our greatest area of impact was Ethical Finance through a few clients, but most significantly RIAA. We found the valuable capability, and major flaws of AI, and levelled up our emotional intelligence with the Global Leadership Foundation

Results
Did we nail goals this year? Yes, sorta and no. We use a traffic light system to report on the goals (13 green, 6 orange, 2 red). Most notably we didn’t quite hit the mark in team and revenue growth, which flowed onto our pro bono / impact investing and donation commitments.

Clients
This year, we exceeded the impact level ‘amazing’ (our highest level of impact discounting), a couple of us had to do a fair bit of overtime, more than ever before, so we want to keep this balance in check.

Team
We started Harvey as a two-person experiment that’s grown into a purpose-driven team we’re really proud of. Our focus is simple: bring in the right people, in the right roles, who lift the work and keep the culture we care about.

Community
We’ve always been keenly aware that the work we do isn’t where the job stops – in fact it’s just the beginning. We want to actively engage and inspire the communities we’re a part of. We want to educate our clients (and ourselves) and spread our impact around.Â

Environment
We remain a low-footprint, mostly remote business, taking simple but responsible steps such as using carbon-neutral workspaces and small choices like preferring public transport. Our biggest environmental impact continues to come through the clients we support, many of whom are driving meaningful climate and sustainability outcomes. Our focus is to keep improving, reduce what we can and direct our effort where it creates the most positive change.
