We invest in our employees' growth and development. We offer opportunities for skill enhancement, workshops, training, and certifications to support their career advancement.
- Formal training - we offer $2,000 & 2 days per year attending formal development once probation has been passed (and open to negotiating if the investment benefits you and Harvey. Time to be tagged in Clockify as ‘Learning - formal’.
- On the job training - we also enable on the job learning, this comes through exposure to projects which you’ll learn as part of your involvement but we additionally offer 12 days (valued at $22.5k) on projects per year to be spent on growing your skills / experience. Time to be tagged in Clockify as ‘Learning - on client task’.
Leadership Training
Aspiring leaders receive mentoring and coaching to cultivate their abilities and prepare them for future leadership roles within the business.

Community Engagement
Social Impact Projects
We support and participate in projects that create a positive impact in our local communities and the environment as part of our commitment to our purpose. Additionally, you can spend up to 2 days per year on a client that you’re passionate about and we wont charge them. Time to be tagged in Clockify as ‘pro bono-personal.
Health and Wellness
Mental Health Support
We recognise the importance of mental health and encourage staff to use allocated personal leave on bad mental health days when needed to look after themselves.
We aim to foster a workplace where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Employees are encouraged to speak with their manager if they need support, adjustments, flexibility, or time away from work.
Where appropriate, Harvey may support employees through flexible working arrangements, workload adjustments, access to wellbeing resources, or other reasonable support. Personal leave should be recorded in line with Harvey’s usual leave processes.

We understand the importance of flexibility in managing work and personal life. We promote a flexible work environment that recognises the diverse needs of our employees. Whenever possible, we offer options for flexible work schedules, remote work, and the ability to balance work commitments (fulfilling minimum time commitment as specified in your work contract) with personal obligations.
