
The key focus for Harvey next year is investing in team leadership and skills through ongoing training, strengthening our core service offerings in website builds, design, brand and marketing strategy, and research, and expanding our capabilities with a few key hires. We’ll continue putting clearer guardrails in place to manage scope.
Our priorities remain the same: client satisfaction, meaningful impact, team wellness, quality work, and financial sustainability. Above all, we’ll stay grounded in our purpose and values as we evolve Harvey into a more empowered, transparent, and high-performing strategic brand and tech studio.

Clients | No nonsense marketing
We’ve slightly adjusted the % of work we do for each level of client by allocating more to our most impactful and highest discounted ‘Amazing’ clients, and less to ‘Good’. Finally, we’ve increased our revenue target, to factor two new positions.
